Decking Job
A large area, 42 square metre, decking job. Very uneven existing paving and it’s a trapezium in shape. Big job so I got James, my son to give a helping hand.

This decking was supplied by the client who had bought it as a kit. Job completed in 2 days.
The drive had a soil/clay base and was subsiding through use. The solution was to dig a 650mm deep
by 350mm wide trench the length of the drive and fill with foundation concrete. This would stop further subsidence and give support to the paving slabs. Job completed in 3.5 days.

Prep of door under coat applied and then glossed
Tower was used to get up over window. 2 coats applied. No rain!

Waiting for tile adhesive to dry ready for grouting. Technical work cutting for toilet and wash basin feeds.
Plaster is drying off to ceiling and wall.
Boxed in stairs to be used as a top.
Stud wall was wanted to divide a large bedroom into two.
Stud work and plasterboard was constructed and insulation added. A new door way had to be opened and door hung. Finished the plastering skim and skirting and door frames.
A good job done and finished in 4 days !
