The black mould was removed using bleach diluted with water using a sponge. It’s hard work, but with persistent rubbing, it is removed. Allowing to dry, l then applied white emotion paint.
Keep bathrooms well ventilated to prevent mould appearing.

The customer wished to have the TV cable hidden and then to wallpaper the wall.

There was a small hole in the plaster board where the old heating pipes had been capped off. So cutting a square I fitted a new piece. Then a quick skim over with plaster. Much better.

Completed this wallpapering job & painted ceiling with silk magnolia on to new plaster, at least 3 coats; finished in 4 days. Notice the detail around the window and patio doors. This property was in a very bad state having be ‘abandoned’.
We set to and got this property sorted and after 2 weeks got it back to a let able standard.
